An Easter Reflection for Believers and Non-Believers.
It's not about religion. It's about the spirit that we are.
Connect with Spirit. One breath at a time.
A Spiritual Hello…
I love Easter weekend on so many levels—not the least of which is the airing of one of my favorite movies, The Ten Commandments.
But more than that, there’s something about this weekend that calls people back to spirit.
Passover, in the days leading up to it, does the same. There’s even a moment where we open the door and invite the spirit of Elijah the Prophet into our homes.
But this is not about religion or rules. It’s about spirit.
Somewhere along the way, many of us separated from God, from spirit, and from ourselves.
Sometimes from pain or disillusionment.
Sometimes, because we were told we are not worthy of the divine.
Sometimes, because we stopped believing in what we couldn’t see.
And something within us dimmed.
Because it’s our connection to the divine spirit within that makes us feel alive.
When we feel off, lost, or hopeless, it’s often a sign we’ve drifted from our connection with spirit.
To me, the resurrection story is a celebration and a hello to the spirit.
Reflection:
So here’s the question to reflect on:
Have you separated from yourself? And, if so, are you willing to come back, even for a moment?
Nothing complicated.
Place your hand on your heart.
Give yourself a breath.
Come back to yourself.
Stay Grounded. Stay Inspired. Shine Your Light ✨
